Prerequisites to Integrate

During the integration process, you will need to provide the following information:

  1. Settlement Account:
    Specify the account where credits will be posted in Xero when Hello Clever transfers accumulated funds to your settlement bank account.

  2. Fees Account:
    Identify the account where Hello Clever will post a debit for fees incurred when payments are received from customers.

  3. Invoices Branding Theme:
    Choose a standard branding theme in Xero to use when integrating Hello Clever. This will ensure invoices are correctly formatted and branded.

With these steps completed, Hello Clever will be seamlessly integrated with Xero, enabling real-time updates and streamlined financial management.
