How to update my payment bank details?
To update your merchant settlement payment details, please submit your request to our Customer Success team here.
Upon receiving your payment settlement change request, we'll email you a form to securely collect the new details. Once these have been reviewed and updated, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note, until we have confirmed the update, any purchases placed during this time will be paid and invoiced to the current details provided.
For your security, please be aware that we'll only send the form to the authorised email address currently listed on your merchant account.
