Change Password & Two-Factor Authentication

Forgot Password​

If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on Forgot Password on the Merchant Dashboard login page.

Change Password​

To change your password, log in to your Hello Clever Merchant Dashboard and click on Change Password in the header menu.

Then enter your current password and your new password. Click Save to save your new password. You can also click Forgot Password to reset your password.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)​

To turn on 2FA, log in to your Hello Clever Merchant Dashboard and click on "User profile" in the header menu and then "Manage" in the Account & Security section.

Next, click "Set up" in the Two-factor authentication section.

You will need to download an authenticator app to your mobile device or choose to receive an SMS. We recommend Google Authenticator, but there are other options available. Once you have installed an authenticator app, please click Set up button and follow the necessary steps in the following screens.
