> Platform Fee & Funds Allocation: v2 の Payin と Payment Gateway 3 の決済リンクで、プラットフォーム手数料を受け取り、残りを Payments Account に配分

## Platform Fee & Funds Allocation

Clever Connect のプラットフォームは、Payin から自社の手数料を受け取り、残りを加盟店の Payments Account に配分できるようになりました。v2 の Payin API と Payment Gateway 3 の決済リンクの両方に対応しています。

**v2 の Payin**

[Create a Payin](/api/payin/create-a-payin)（`POST /v2/payins`）で、任意の `allocation_profile` オブジェクトを指定できます。

| フィールド | 説明 |
| - | - |
| `uuid` | Payin と同じ通貨の、有効な allocation profile。 |
| `recipients` | 受取アカウントの UUID。profile のスロットごとに1つ指定します。各アカウントは Payin と同じ通貨で、1回だけ指定し、receiving account は含めません。UUID は [Get Allocation Recipient Accounts](/api/platform-fee/get-allocation-recipient-accounts) で取得します。 |

このオブジェクトを送信すると、レスポンスと [Get Payin Details](/api/payin/get-payin-details) の `allocation_profile` に、適用された分配（`platform_fee`、`platform_fee_fixed`、`platform_fee_amount`、各受取先への金額）が返されます。

* プラットフォーム手数料は `amount × platform_fee% + platform_fee_fixed` です。受取先は残りを分け合います。Hello Clever の決済手数料はプラットフォーム手数料から差し引かれます。
* profile、受取先、プラットフォーム手数料のいずれかが無効な場合、資金が動く前にリクエストが拒否されます。[エラー一覧](/ja/developer-reference/api-use-cases/split-payins-with-platform-fees#errors)を参照してください。
* `allocation_profile` を指定しない Payin の動作は変わりません。

**受取アカウントの一覧取得**

[Get Allocation Recipient Accounts](/api/platform-fee/get-allocation-recipient-accounts)（`GET /v2/merchant_allocation_profiles/accounts`）が `app-id` と `secret-key` に対応しました。receiving account のキーで呼び出すと、取り分を受け取れる同じ通貨のその他の Payments Account が返されます。通貨は `app-id` から取得されるため、`currency` パラメータは不要です。

**Payment Gateway 3 の決済リンク**

[Create PayIn](/api/gateway3/payin/create-payin)（`POST /v3/payin_links`）でも同じ `allocation_profile` オブジェクトを指定できます。顧客の支払い後、[Get PayIn details](/api/gateway3/payin/get-payin-details) の `transaction_info.allocation_profile` に分配が返されます。

* `payin_method_code` を省略すると、顧客がチェックアウト時に決済手段を選び、その決済手段の決済手数料に対してプラットフォーム手数料が確認されます。
* カード決済では、カードへの請求後、カードブランドと決済手数料が判明した時点で分配が適用されます。Payin は精算時に **received** になります。
