Cashback Exclusion

How do you exclude specific products or categories from the cashback offers?

Completing the below steps will exclude the Buy-To-Earn functionality for the products or categories of your choice.

  1. Login to your WooCommerce Store as an Admin.

  2. On Sidebar, find 'Plugins' and please ensure that 'Enable auto-updates' is turned on for Hello Clever. This ensures you're always on the latest version of Hello Clever plugin.

Click on 'Settings' once auto update is enabled

  1. Under 'Settings', you will find the 'Cashback Setup' option to exclude the products you wish to exclude from the Buy To Earn program.

You can also exclude the products sitting under same categories in your store.
