  ## Support Multiple refund PayID for V1

  `POST /v1/payment_requests/refund` now supports refunding the same payment request more than once, tracked in a new `refund_records` array. Pass an `external_id` to use it as an idempotency key.

  `refund_information` and `refund_payid` are deprecated in favor of `refund_records`.
