Call it with the `app-id` and `secret-key` of the **receiving account** (the account that takes the Payin). The receiving account is always left out, because it cannot be its own recipient. Use the returned `account_uuid` values in `allocation_profile.recipients` when you create a Payin with [Create a Payin](/api/payin/create-a-payin) or a Payment Gateway 3 payin link. No `currency` is needed: it is taken from the receiving account behind the `app-id`, so only accounts in the Payin currency are listed. Available to Clever Connect accounts on Dedicated Balance, for currencies where fund splitting is enabled.
